INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers purchasing internationally, or from countries outside the European Union, are responsible for taxes and duties once the order arrives in their country.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct receipt of the order once it arrives in the destination country. They must accept delivery of their order, including any taxes or customs fees required to complete delivery. Under no circumstances will Gamin refund your order if the aforementioned requirements are not met.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: 48h/72h on weekdays.
- Rest of countries: 5 - 7 business days.
The delivery times specified are for guidance only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations or exceptional transport conditions.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE MODEL ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED IT?
Of course! At Gamin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the size doesn't fit you when you receive your order, you have 30 days to exchange it free of charge.
To proceed with the change, the requirements at gaminuniverse.com must be met.
If you have any problems, please contact us at hello@gaminuniverse.com and tell us your order number, model, and the size you want to exchange.

To make a change you must make a new purchase and inform us through hello@gaminuniverse.com of both order numbers. Once the courier delivers your new Gamin, you must return the order to the courier. The carrier will be responsible for labeling it properly. If you are not at the indicated address, the free exchange cannot be made.
In the case of international orders You must follow the same procedure, and once you inform us of both order numbers, we will send you the return label and the customer must send the order via UPS without additional return costs.
Gamin will not accept packages postage due.
The free size change will be applicable once only time and exclusively to size changes of the same model .

Please note that all GAMIN shoes include materials such as leather, suede, and glitter, so gentle care and dry cleaning are recommended. DO NOT USE WATER for cleaning.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it to us within 30 days.
To proceed with the return, the following requirements must be met:

RETURN STEPS:
1. Choose the courier company that the client decides, having the client full responsibility about the package being shipped. At Gamin, we recommend Nacex and UPS as reliable courier companies.
2. Include the invoice for the order along with the completed return form inside the return package.

4. The refund will be processed within 20 business days from the date we receive the package at our warehouse. Please note that credit card refund times depend on your bank.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
In the event of a return shipment by customers outside the European Union, they will be responsible for customs fees, taxes, return shipping costs, and any other return charges. Gamin will not process any customs procedures or charge any taxes or duties; all of these procedures must be prepaid.
Shipping costs, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
If the customer does not accept delivery of their order, Gamin will not issue a full refund for any shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees required to complete delivery. Any costs or expenses associated with the customer's non-acceptance of their shipment will be deducted from the original refund amount.
ARTICLES WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS THAT APPEAR AFTER USE
There may be hidden manufacturing defects that become apparent after use. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear cannot be considered defective.
